Residential Customers - year round, full-time residents
Seasonal Customers - part-time residents (Internet connection active all year but less than 180 day usage per fiscal year)
Monthly Customers are just that ($20 hookup fee each new occasion during the same fiscal year)
Equipment Deposit: $100.00

Additional Cable: $0.30 per foot plus tax

Service Plans
A Customer will be permitted to upgrade a service plan level at anytime. To downgrade the service plan level, 1(one) months’ advance notice is required and only after a minimum of 6 (six) months of their TLBCIS service contract has expired.
Billing
Payment is due in advance of each service period. Upon completion of the initial installation you will be charged for your first service period, any additional hardware required, appropriate tax and a deposit for the supplied CPE. The CPE remains the property of the TLBCIS and must be returned upon termination of the service contract, at which time the deposit will be refunded provided that the CPE is not damaged.
A Director or technician of the TLBCIS will notify customers whose accounts become delinquent. Once notified, you have 5 days to pay the arrears in full. If payment has not been received within 5 days, your Internet Service will be suspended without further notice. The outstanding debt owed plus a $50 reconnection charge must be paid before re-activation will occur.
Payment Options
We accept cash, cheques, CIBC Electronic Billing and E-Transfers.

Overages
Your upload and download volumes are combined to calculate your total monthly usage. It is your responsibility to be aware of and monitor your monthly usage.
A $1.25/GB overage fee will be applied if you exceed your monthly bandwidth allowance, as specified in your chosen service plan.
Conditions of Service - Acceptable Use Policy
Failure to comply with the terms of the TLBCIS Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) will lead to a denial of TLBCIS Services.
